Customer Order Management Executive (Supply Chain, Japanese MNC)

Job Details:

• Contract Duration: 6 Months

• Location: Paya Lebar

• Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (this role require to work a monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays, with one weekend per month on duty according to the roster)

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate (6-month contract) to join our dynamic team. The incumbent will be providing timely support to customers and ensuring seamless order fulfillment processes.

What you will be doing:

• Process order for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts

• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list

• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers

• Log order information into the ERP system (Oracle)

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills

• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player

• Highly motivated individual who works independently with minimal supervision

• Required to be available for monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays
