Customer Project Manager [EL]

1. Customer Relationship and Sales Cycle Management

• Manage the complete customer sales and project lifecycle, including Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), New Product Introduction (NPI) and after-sales support.

• Serve as the primary contact for international customers, understand their requirements and coordinate suitable product and service solutions.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with customer specifications, agreed timelines and delivery commitments.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and other relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution.

• Lead project meetings, follow up on action items and resolve issues affecting project schedules or deliverables.

• Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to address technical and operational requirements.

3. Project Planning and Reporting

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and milestones in accordance with customer and business requirements.

• Identify project risks, implement mitigation measures and monitor progress against agreed targets.

• Prepare regular project updates, performance reports and progress reviews for management and customers.

4. Market and Technology Development

• Monitor server industry trends, emerging technologies and customer requirements to support product planning.

• Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and improve product and service offerings.

• Work with internal teams to assess potential business opportunities and customer needs.

5. Inventory and Excess Material Management

• Assess risks associated with excess and obsolete inventory and support initiatives to minimise financial exposure.

• Coordinate with customers to negotiate material clearance, cost-sharing arrangements and inventory disposition plans.

• Work with internal teams to improve inventory planning and reduce future excess material risks.
