Customer Quality Engineer (CQE)

GEB Precision Europe d.o.o. Ćuprija is a company primarily focused on the production of stators and rotors for electric vehicle drive systems. Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for a:

CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER (CQE)

Job Description:

• Handling customer complaints and coordinating corrective actions.
• Providing technical support to customers and resolving product quality issues.
• Performing on-site interventions at customer sites in case of assembly or operational problems, and coordinating resources for rapid issue resolution.
• Preparing 8D reports, analyzing root causes, and monitoring corrective actions.
• Communicating with customers and collecting feedback on product quality and performance.
• Conducting regular customer visits to monitor product performance after service, strengthen customer satisfaction, and maintain brand image.
• Cooperating with Quality, R&D, and Production departments to improve product quality and reliability.
• Participating in customer audits and preparing corrective action reports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position, 3 years minimum.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards.
• Knowledge of 8D and CAPA processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented approach, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Conversational proficiency in English is required.
