Customer Quality Engineer & Manager

The Customer Quality Engineer will serve as the key interface between the customer and internal teams, ensuring prompt resolution of quality concerns, supporting product application requirements, and driving continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance & Control
•Address customer quality concerns immediately and ensure prompt resolution in coordination with site quality teams.
•Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve quality issues and failures reported from the field within the shortest possible time (same day or within hours).
•Support customer end applications and provide application insights to the Product Engineering and Design teams to drive continuous product improvement.
•Contribute to the development of user-friendly products by minimizing rework, design revisions, and application-related issues.

Technical Problem Solving
•Identify design conflicts, product performance concerns, or unforeseen application challenges at the customer site and coordinate with the design and engineering teams to develop practical solutions.
•Collaborate with customers and the Product Engineering team for new product development and product customization based on application requirements.
•Continuously update site Product Engineering teams on evolving customer expectations, field feedback, and emerging technology trends.

Customer Site Representation
•Act as the site representative at the customer location and serve as the key interface for all quality, technical, and delivery-related matters.
Build strong relationships with customers and proactively address concerns related to product quality, performance, and delivery commitments.
•Work closely with customers, Site Quality, Design Engineering, Sales, and Field Application Engineering (FAE) teams to resolve issues and support customer requirements.
•Undertake additional responsibilities and assignments as required to support customer satisfaction and business objectives
