Customer Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to join our team and help ensure product quality, strengthen customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution and closure.

Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and other problem-solving methodologies.

Coordinate containment, corrective, and preventive actions with cross-functional teams.

Monitor customer quality performance indicators, including PPM, customer complaints, and scorecards.

Participate in customer audits, quality meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and applicable quality standards.

Follow up on corrective actions and verify their effectiveness to prevent recurrence.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in quality engineering, customer quality, or problem-solving within a manufacturing environment.

Experience with 8D reports, root cause analysis, and quality improvement tools.

Knowledge of Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.

Knowledge of ISO 9001; IATF 16949 experience is a plus, particularly in the automotive industry.

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
