Summary
Oversee product quality in manufacturing, handling customer feedback, audits, and corrective actions while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Quality Control / Management Study
Min 3 years experience on Product Quality Assurance in the Manufacturing
Possess good knowledge in management and implementation of quality systems (ISO 9000/14000)
Team player, positive work attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
Familiar with Quality tools such as SPC, Cpk, GR&R, DOE and FMEA
Responsibilities
Handle customer feedback, queries, complaints and audit, control run, engineering changes and ensure effective close-loop corrective actions
Manage First Article(FA) to ensure smooth submission of FA and conformance to customer requirements
Support new product launch and volume production quality
Plan and drive continuous quality improvement programs
Hold Material Review Board meeting with manufacturing, engineering and outgoing to dispose customer return
Co-ordinate with VQE/SQE to drive local and overseas vendor to close corrective action as requested by customer
Any task assigned by the superior and higher authority
