Customer Qulaity Engineer

Main Purpose of the job 职务目的：

• Production quality management and control, and handle customer complaints;

Job Responsibilities工作职责：

1. Quality Function：质量板块

• Keep good relationship with customer, ensure quality information transfer quickly and timely;

与客户保持密切联系，确保质量信息及时传递

• Cooperate with UAP Manager & SQE resolving customer complaint using Faurecia QRCI & 8D process and complete all the actions accordingly;

与UAP经理和SQE合作，对客户投诉按照佛吉亚QRCI和8D流程在规定的时间内完成各节点内容;

• Review and update Control Plan and ensure consistent with FEMA and on-site documents;

负责控制计划的更新和定期评审，确保与FEMA和现场控制文件一致;

• Audit the implemented improving actions in each process;

对现场落实的改进措施定期巡查 ;

• Ensure customer complaint and improving actions update into Faurecia QSS system;

确保客户投诉和改进行动及时更新到佛吉亚QSS系统 ;

• Participate in supplier audit process;

参与对供应商过程审核;

• Have responsibility for PPAP submit to customer;

负责与向客户提交PPAP有关的事宜;

• Manage the Quality Wall in customer site;

负责管理设立在客户处的质量墙;

• Coordinate customer audit and track the improvement action

客户审核的协调和后续改进的跟踪;

• Lead analysis following warranty returns in order to increase customer satisfaction and reduce warranty cost;

牵头分析售后退回件的分析和行动计划以增加顾客满意度并减少售后费用;

• Support quality problem solving, including QRCI involving, data collection and analysis and quality focus establish;

现场质量问题支持，包括：QRCI的支持，数据的收集与分析，质量改善方向的建立;

• Quality alert launch and action track.

质量警告的发出及措施跟踪.

• Plant QRCI Leader;

担任工厂快速响应、持续改进组长;

• Collect、analyse and solve Customer Complaints

收集、分析并处理客户投诉

• Collect data from customer (reject PPM/Scrap PPM), follow the trend and make internal control plan for continuous improvement;

收集客户端数据（如百万拒收、百万报废），跟踪趋势并通过制定内部控制计划不断改善

1. Technique function：技术板块

• Sample release and management;

样件管理;

• Internal audit of production line PQA、VDA6.3;

定期进行生产线PQA、VDA6.3内部审核;

1. New Program: 新项目

• Involve in new program for quality & process after gate 3B review.

项目前期(Gate 3)工艺及质量介入.

1. Other and Specific Missions：附加及其他工作任务

• Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations;

遵守健康安全环境规定 ;

• Others temporary job given by Dept. Manager;

部门经理交给的其他临时工作;

• Cooperate with IATF16949& ISO14001 & ISO 45001system and FES operation system implement in plant；

配合公司IATF16949 &ISO14001&ISO45001& FES运营体系在工厂的实施；

Qualifications 最低任职资格：

College degree or above;

专科以上学历;

Above 2 year-experience in automotive industry

2年以上汽车行业经验;
