Customer Recovery - Telephone Sales Representative

About the role

Do you have experience as a call center agent? Are you passionate about customer service? Do you consider yourself proactive, resourceful, and able to identify customer needs?

What you'll do

• Making calls to former customers to get them to return to the company.
• Making calls to resolve issues.
• Managing internal email.
• Surveying and negotiating with clients.
• Meeting the quality requirements and parameters set by the company.

What we're looking for

• EXPERIENCE AS A SALESPERSON IS ESSENTIAL.
• Previous experience in a call center in the sales department and resolving issues.
• Skills with office tools.

Nice to have

• HYBRID initial training for 6 days, Paid at 153 euros.

How you'll work

• Non-rotating shifts.
• Availability from Monday to Friday
• Schedule from 1pm-8pm - 35-hour contract.
• Direct contract with the company with an initial duration of 2 months with a real possibility of becoming permanent.
• On-site work at C/Alcalá 265, Madrid.
