We're a commercial fleet repair company that keeps delivery vans and work trucks moving all over South Florida. We run mechanical and body shops 24/7, and we're growing fast. What sets us apart is how we treat the people we work with, and we want to keep it that way.

THE JOB

As our Customer Relations Manager, you're the face of the company to fleet owners and managers. Your job is to build strong, lasting relationships so customers trust us and keep choosing us. No sales quotas here: the goal is loyalty and a great reputation. Expect a mix of office days in Miami and field days visiting customers from the Treasure Coast down to the Keys and over to the Gulf Coast.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

• Become the first person our customers call
• Bring back customers we haven't seen in a while
• Make a strong first impression on new fleet accounts
• Catch problems early so they never cost us a customer
• Build our name across the South Florida fleet community

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

• Visit and check in with fleet customers on a regular schedule
• Meet new fleet owners and managers and introduce our company
• Gather customer feedback and share it with the team
• Help repair strained relationships alongside management
• Represent the company at customer sites and industry events

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken. Interviews are held in both.
• 3+ years in customer relations, client services, account management or a similar role
• A warm, trustworthy personality people connect with quickly
• Calm and professional with frustrated customers
• Reliable follow-through without reminders
• Automotive, fleet, dealership or logistics experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and your own dependable vehicle
