Customer Relationship Associate (Digital Audiences)

The Customer Relationship Associate serves as an execution-focused, foundational role within the Digital Audiences team. This position supports the retention and growth of revenue across agency-led accounts—and in some cases direct advertisers—by driving consistent platform usage, facilitating data adoption, and ensuring seamless delivery against client marketing objectives.

This role is primarily responsible for day‑to‑day execution, account maintenance, service excellence, and foundational revenue retention.
