Summary

Develop service solutions for our clients in accordance with CS management's strategy in order to increase customer satisfaction and develop long-term contracts.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the customer service strategy.

• Promote and lead the sale of service solutions throughout the equipment lifecycle.

• Build strong relationships with customers, especially key clients.
