Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (Full Time)
Full-Time| Weekday Afternoons & Evenings + Weekends
Location: Serene Centre (Jalan Serene, Bukit Timah)
What You’ll Do
- Ensure smooth day-to-day centre and class operations
- Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and handle phone enquiries professionally
- Provide professional, clear and warm course consultation to parents
- Handle customer feedback and follow through to resolution independently
- Liaise with teachers and parents on student progress in both English and Chinese
- Support administrative tasks: enrolment, fee collection, class scheduling, preparation of materials, etc.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking ability
- Confident communication and service mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, powerpoint etc.)
- Bilingual: Comfortable communicating in both English and Chinese
- Able to work on weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends
- Relevant customer service, education centre, or front-desk experience are strong advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided)
