Customer Relationship Officer  (Full Time)

Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (Full Time)

Full-Time| Weekday Afternoons & Evenings + Weekends

Location: Serene Centre (Jalan Serene, Bukit Timah)

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day centre and class operations
  • Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and handle phone enquiries professionally
  • Provide professional, clear and warm course consultation to parents
  • Handle customer feedback and follow through to resolution independently
  • Liaise with teachers and parents on student progress in both English and Chinese
  • Support administrative tasks: enrolment, fee collection, class scheduling, preparation of materials, etc.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking ability
  • Confident communication and service mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, powerpoint etc.)
  • Bilingual: Comfortable communicating in both English and Chinese
  • Able to work on weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends
  • Relevant customer service, education centre, or front-desk experience are strong advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided)
