Customer Sales Representative
Salary: ₱15,000 – ₱20,000 per month
Job Description:
Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) handle customer emails, calls, process orders, and provide information about the company’s products and services. A results-driven Customer Sales Representative (CSR) responsible for engaging customers across multiple channels, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals to drive revenue and maximize every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide accurate product and service information.
Identify Customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to drive sales.
Process Customers’ orders , take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments
Actively up-sell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.
Maintain broad knowledge of all Company Products, Services and Promotions.
Accurately captures Customer Information.
Follow Communication Procedures, Guidelines and Policies.
Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints professionally, offering timely and effective solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Proven ability or strong potential to convert leads and close sales.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by sales performance.
Customer-focused with the ability to balance service and sales.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic situations.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in computer use, CRM systems, and digital tools.
Composed and professional under pressure.
Willing to learn, be coached, and continuously improve.
Customer Sales (Qualification):
At least 1-2 years of experience in the same industry
Willing to work shifting schedules (Day or Night shifts)
