Customer Security Engineer (Pentest)

• As our first Customer Security Engineer (pentest), you will own the end-to-end delivery of white-glove pentesting services by guiding customers before, during, and after tests and turning findings into clear, actionable next steps
• Guide customers end-to-end through their pentests (before, during, and after), helping them get maximum value from the product and ensuring smooth, high-quality engagements
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, answering deep technical questions around test setups, scope, results and validating potential false positives
• Translate findings into action, advising customers on how to prioritize and effectively remediate discovered vulnerabilities in a way that fits their architecture and development workflows
• Collaborate closely with the AI pentesting team, feeding real-world customer insights back into the product to improve accuracy, usability, and impact
