Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesale Food Distribution (FMCG)
• Position Title: Customer Service
• Working Location: Novena
• Working Hours: 6 days (Mon-Sat: Flexible working hours)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,000 + AWS + Commissions + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide product information and recommendations.
• Promote products and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service issues professionally.
• Process customer orders, payments, and sales transactions.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store/front office is organised.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment when required.
• Support promotions, product launches, and in-store sales activities.
• Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Prepare basic sales and customer service records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams on customer orders and deliveries.
• Perform other customer service and store-related duties as assigned.

• Relevant experience in customer service, retail sales, FMCG, food distribution, or a related environment is preferred.
• Comfortable with product promotion and working towards sales targets.
• Able to handle customer enquiries and resolve basic service issues.
• Able to work effectively in a frontline/store environment.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
