What will you have to do?
The ACR profile, reporting to the branch manager, will be responsible for administrative management, providing commercial support to the Director and Network Managers of the office.
Some of the more specific functions of the ACR
Serve customers and brokers both over the phone and in person. Provide telephone and in-person assistance to both customers and brokers to resolve any issues that arise.
Resolve brokers' queries and assist them with preparing quotes, issuing policies, and using the AIRE software program, providing efficient support to the network's commercial work.
Reply to emails to provide quality service to customers and colleagues.
Carry out the administrative tasks associated with policy transfer requests between brokers in order to prevent issues. Carry out the administrative tasks associated with processing returned direct-debit payments from banks, calling the customer to try to retain the policy and collect the payment.
Receive the mail and courier deliveries in the absence of the person in charge, in order to support the office's administrative management. Monitor office supplies and notify the colleague responsible for placing orders of any needs, in order to support the centre's operational management.
Inform brokers of the commercial plan for marketing campaigns to provide them with efficient support. Handle day-to-day issues from both brokers and customers to provide an effective solution.
What we're looking for
We are looking for professionals with higher education qualifications (preferably in Law or Business Administration) who can bring at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
The selected candidate must demonstrate a clear customer and efficiency orientation, as well as negotiation skills.
