Customer Service Advisors (German)
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit German speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their team in Bulgaria.
Position: B2B Sales Representative
Location: Remote; Varna, Bulgaria
Work model: Remote
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide professional customer service to German-speaking customers via voice and email
Handle customer enquiries and resolve technical and billing-related issues
Record all customer interactions accurately in the relevant systems
Manage product complaints and collect all necessary information for resolution
Ensure customer issues are handled efficiently and within the required processes
Escalate product safety or regulatory concerns through the defined channels
Follow established quality standards, consumer safety requirements and GDPR procedures
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Act as a professional brand ambassador during customer interactions
Identify and include appropriate sales and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions
Share recurring customer issues and insights to support continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
German language proficiency at C1 level and English language proficiency at B1 level
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Customer service, technical support or call centre experience is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle complaints professionally
Good troubleshooting skills and technical understanding
Comfortable working with customer service systems and processes
Strong attention to detail when documenting customer interactions
Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
EU citizenship or appropriate eligibility to work in Bulgaria.
