Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic per annum (depending on experience) + competitive bonus package
• Hours: Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays

Role Overview Seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Aftersales Advisor / Service Advisor to join our growing workshop team in Newbury. You will be the primary point of contact for existing and prospective customers, managing incoming queries face-to-face and over the phone while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong customer service background (motor trade, retail, hospitality, or call center experience is advantageous, but full training is provided!).
• Outstanding communication skills, a professional and presentable demeanor, and basic computer literacy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize your own workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven, reliable, and a genuine team player attitude.

• Base: Newbury Area (Free secure on-site parking)
• Road Links: Strategically situated off key arterial routes including the A34 and A4, offering fast commutes across Berkshire and North Hampshire.
• Public Transport: Excellent connections via Newbury mainline train station alongside regular local bus routes.
