Customer Service Agent

Seeking a customer service agent to create and enter orders, track orders, coorespond with our clients on order updates and provide reports. Answer phones, emails and messaging to coordinate the delivery and arrival of our customer's products. The candidate must be able to use strong analytical skills to prioritize tasks and solve order related issues to meet service needs. Must be able to operate in Microsoft software suites and web based software applications. VEI Logistics is a transportation and warehouse provider for products and goods in the central valley and surrounding areas.
