Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking for 3-4 customer service Ambassador to join our team at Changi Airport East Region on a full-time basis.

-Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse customers.

-Processing user inquiries and transactions in a timely and efficient manner.

-Addressing user concerns and complaints with empathy and finding appropriate solutions.

-Keep the area clean with proper cleaning twice a day.

-Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public Holidays.

-Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

-Following Company policies and procedures while maintaining professional standards all time.

-Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
