Position Summary
MINISO Canada is seeking a bilingual (English & French) Customer Service & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support customer communications, social media content creation, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via email, social media, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with stores and internal departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Handle customer inquiries related to membership programs, rewards, promotions, and gift cards, providing accurate information and solutions.
Maintain a positive and consistent brand voice across all customer communications.
Create, schedule, and publish content for social media platforms.
Plan, film, and edit short-form video content to support marketing campaigns and brand awareness.
Monitor social media channels and engage with customers by responding to comments and messages.
Support digital marketing campaigns and content calendars.
Assist with membership-related inquiries and other administrative tasks as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
Previous experience in customer service, social media, or marketing.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with content creation, video editing, and social media platforms.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
