Customer Service and Reservation Officer 客戶服務&預訂專員

【Reservation】
▍Work closely with hotels, tour operators and other partners to make & maintain the bookings necessary for a given journey;
▍Collaborate with other team members and provide reservations to clients’ enquiries related to a given journey;
▍Collect, record and input journey-related information into our system, print Journey-related materials, maintain customer profile information, etc; and
▍Ad hoc tasks as required.

【Customer Service】
▍Handle the traveller’s entire contact experience from before he or she joins a journey until the traveller goes on the journey and then again after the traveller has returned from the journey;
▍Work with the customer to complete and sign the booking form and documents as required; and
▍Maintain detailed records of traveller preferences, travel history, and feedback to improve future travel experiences.
