Customer Service and Sales Teleoperator

About the role

Do you have experience as a Telephone Operator? Are you passionate about Customer Service? Are you interested in developing yourself in a multinational company? Do you have communication and negotiation skills?

You will work attending calls from users of a major company in the telecommunications sector, resolving administrative and billing incidents. Likewise, you would have to inform them about the addition of products interesting to the client. We are looking for people with motivation and knowledge in the handling of novel technologies and data management.

What you'll do

• Making and receiving calls to manage all types of administrative and billing issues for clients.
• Making and receiving calls to provide information about services/products that may be of interest to customers.
• Resolving telephone and email issues in the banking sector.
• Back Office duties.
• Managing internal email.
• Surveying and negotiating with clients.
• Meeting the quality requirements and parameters set by the company.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a Call Center in the sales department
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Skills with office tools.
• Good spelling skills.
• Ability to learn.
• Goal-oriented
• Teamwork.

Nice to have

• Technical, IT, management, billing, and administration training.

Education & certifications

• Initial remote training with 3 weeks of online training.
• ONLINE training that will allow you to learn the necessary techniques for a leading company in its sector (Training is given in the morning shift online)

How you'll work

• On-site incorporation, workplace located in Jerez de la Frontera.
• Part-time working day, in the afternoon or split shift (Depending on the shift and availability)
• Monday to Sunday schedule, two days off per week.
• Temporary contract through RANDSTAD EMPLEO ETT, with a real possibility of transitioning to the company.
