Northeast Appliance Repair is looking for a dependable, customer-focused team member who is comfortable working with customers AND performing appliance deliveries and installations.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer phones and schedule appliance repair appointments (primary responsibility).
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with appliance sales.

Drive a company box truck, deliver, and install appliances on scheduled delivery days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, as needed).
- Help maintain showroom and warehouse inventory.
Requirements

Excellent customer service and phone skills — a MUST!

Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Physically capable of moving and installing appliances safely.
- Comfortable using computers and learning scheduling software.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
Appliance experience is NOT required. We will train the right person!
