What You'll Do as a Customer Service Assistant 2 Research /or search for video files. Utilize specialized software /or computer equipment to redact personal /or other confidential information within audio /or video recordings. Work directly with Ohio Department of Public Safety (ODPS) Legal Office on questions related to redactions. Categorize, organize classify files that are received, processed released. Track, manage, update database /or tracking sheets. Provide updates on progress /or completion of projects to Central Records staff.
