Customer Service Assistant | Clinic Appointments & Backend Support | Toa Payoh Healthcare | $10/hr #HYT

Contract / Employment Type: 3 Months Contract, Renewable
Salary: $10/hour
Location: Toa Payoh North

Working Hours:

• 4–5 working days per week
• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day
• Shift timings include 8:30am – 6:15pm, 9:30am – 7:15pm, 10:15am – 8:00pm or 11:00am – 8:45pm
• Somedays can be half day

Job Scope:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Follow up with customers on appointments
• Respond to general enquiries
• Provide basic information and customer support
• Update call outcomes and customer records in the system
• Perform backend administrative duties
• Support day-to-day clinic operations as required

Requirements:

• No experience required
• Comfortable handling customer enquiries over the phone
