Customer Service Assistant (Full Time, Bowling Alley | Shifts, No Overnight Shift [See timings below] | Bedok | Up to $2400/month + AWS) - DG

Working Hours

  • 5-Day Work Week (Monday to Sunday, according to roster)
  • Rotating Shifts:
  • 9:00am – 6:15pm
  • 10:45am – 8:00pm
  • 1:45pm – 11:00pm
  • 4:00pm – 1:15am
  • Shuttle Bus Provided from Tanah Merah MRT Station
  • Cab Transport Provided for the late shift ending at 1:15am

Job Scope

  • Manage the daily operations and ensure the bowling centre facilities are well maintained.
  • Handle cashier duties, payment processing, and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to members, guests, and the public.
  • Update bowling records, enforce game rules during leagues/competitions, and maintain operational stock.
  • Handle enquiries, bookings, billing, and coordination of corporate bowling events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum N-Levels
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends & public holidays
