CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSITANT
Job Summary
You will manage customer accounts as the main contact, delivering professional, customer-focused service and responding to sales and general enquiries to support customer satisfaction and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts by maintaining accurate records and responding promptly to customer needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to resolve inquiries and provide information on sales and services
- Apply a customer-centric approach to deliver high-quality service in all customer interactions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth account management
- Handle credit control and collection tasks to support timely payments and reduce outstanding balances
- Use MS Office tools proficiently to prepare reports, track accounts, and manage communications
- Work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure to meet business objectives
- Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities for process improvements and taking on new challenges
- Apply analytical skills to review account data and support decision-making
- Maintain patience and maturity in handling customer concerns and complex situations
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or 1 year of credit control/collection experience
