Lapels Cleaners is looking for energetic, outgoing Customer Service Reps!

Lapels Cleaners is seeking responsible, personable Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Candidates should possess a clean, neat appearance, be detail oriented and have a positive, friendly attitude for dealing with customers. Full time and Part time positions available.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all customers in the store with a positive experience
- Maintain general housekeeping of the front counter area to ensure a neat and clean appearance
- Front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders
- Assist customers with cleaning, stain and finishing needs, and/or questions
- Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy
- Sort, examine, mark-in, and tag articles of clothing for each customer order
- Assist production with quality assurance, bagging, and racking as needed
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently with little supervision
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience an asset
- Willing to learn and take feedback
- Must be comfortable working while standing for long periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle client's garment with care
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Must be able to work in a hot environment
- Good hand/eye coordination
