Customer Service Associate (6mths, paya lebar) - up $3000
- Process order for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts
- Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list
- Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers
- Log order information into the ERP system (Oracle)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
- Highly motivated individual who works independently with minimal supervision
- Required to be available for monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays
