Job Brief

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate who supports daily shipping, receiving, and logistics operations while providing clerical and coordination support. This role serves as a key point of contact for drivers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient material flow. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including in-person, and phone.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assume other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by management.
