What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance your cash drawer and assist with branch opening, closing, ATM/ITM, vault, and cash-order responsibilities.
• Help customers with online banking, debit card inquiries, account research, wire transfers, and other everyday banking needs.
• Listen for opportunities to connect customers with helpful deposit, loan, and investment services, referring them to the right team member.
• Protect customer information by following Bank policies, regulatory requirements, and fraud-prevention procedures.
