Customer Service Associate
Belstra Milling Co. is a family-owned agricultural business based in Demotte, IN. We are searching for a self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with strong office and customer service skills who is comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment as needed. In addition, this position must work in compliance with all the company policies, local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities to learn and earn certification (included but not limited to):
- Correctly enter feed orders into our Feed Mill Manager manufacturing program
- Print orders, tags, BOL’s and related documents
- Scan documentation to Accounting and maintain accurate records
- Assist walk-in customers, phone customers and pickups
- Address customer concerns professionally and work toward appropriate solutions
- Setup and coordinate shipping and delivery information
- Prepare shipping labels and required documentation for LTL’s
- Communicate fulfillment timing issues and changes with internal personnel and to customers
- Assist with various Warehouse and Production tasks including 10# line, bagging, labeling and other tasks as needed
- Willingness to learn and be able to operate a forklift
