Customer Service Associate (Central, 6 months, Hospital Environment) #HJY
Location: Novena
Duration: 6 months contract (Extension is subjected to vacancy and business needs)
Salary: $11/hr
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday at 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
Job Description:
- Assists in clinic operations duties in the call centre such as Incoming calls for First Visit / Workqueue etc.
- Provides Clinic Operations Support for front desk
- Maintains a proper filing system for documents and files in call centre department
- Provides admin support in data entry and preparing reports at the call centre
Job Requirements:
- Valid TDAP (10-year validity), Varicella/Chicken pox, MMR vaccinations
- No exp. needed, training will be provided
