Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in our company's success by delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be on managing customer inquiries and ensuring a smooth payment process. You will be the voice of our company, representing us with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Collect pending Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs) for the current month, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Guide customers through the payment process, offering clear and concise instructions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments, ensuring data integrity.
  • Provide product information and educate customers on our offerings, features, and benefits.
  • Identify and escalate potential payment issues or disputes, working closely with the relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell and upsell products, contributing to the company's growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in customer service or sales are preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a financial services or collections environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
