Customer Service Associate (Giordano Ladies)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Stylish, Confident and Customer-Oriented Customer Service Associate to join our Premium Ladies Wear team. You will be responsible for delivering a personalized and engaging shopping experience to customers while maintaining a sophisticated and well-presented store environment.

The ideal candidate should be well-presented and engaging, with strong communication skills, a good sense of fashion, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a premium retail environment.

Job Description

• Welcome customers and provide professional and personalized service.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable ladies’ apparel.
• Provide professional fashion and styling advice to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, fitting and enquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Promote products through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle with cashiering, payment transactions and daily store operations.
• Replenish stocks and maintain attractive and organized product displays.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure the store maintains a premium appearance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and a welcoming shopping environment.
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Be flexible to work at different outlets according to operational manpower requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or 'O' Levels or ITE qualification
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in premium ladies’ wear. (Training will be provided)
• Experience in fashion, premium, or luxury retail will be an advantage.
• Able to work 5 days a week, including weekends and Public Holiday
• Passionate about fashion and able to provide basic styling recommendations.
• Outgoing, well-groomed, and customer service-oriented.
• Working locations at Suntec City, Wisma-Atria or Raffles City
