CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

JOB ROLE

1) Handle all clerical and administrative matters for Customer Service Department, including data entry.

2) Work closely with Production Control and Warehouse teams to manage order delivery on-time in full.

3) Liaise with freight forwarder for shipment and prepare shipping documents.

4) Communicate with customer on their purchase orders and delivery arrangements.

5) Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
