We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Associate to join our automotive call centre team. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.
Job Duties:
Handle incoming calls, manage customer enquiries, and provide accurate information on products and services
Route calls to the appropriate departments efficiently
Serve as the first point of contact for bookings and appointments, ensuring a positive customer experience
Explain vehicle warranty details, maintenance requirements, and key features clearly to customers
*Prior experience in customer service or call centre environment is highly advantageous*
