Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team in the International BPO sector. This role is crucial for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service through both voice and chat support. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work in a full-time capacity from our office in Maharashtra, with immediate joining opportunities available. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries through international voice or chat support. - Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues. - Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. - Maintain quality and process standards to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. - Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines to uphold service standards. Eligibility: - Candidates must have completed HSC or be graduates. - Freshers are welcome to apply, and candidates with prior international BPO experience are preferred for certain processes. - Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, along with good interpersonal and customer-handling skills. - Candidates should be willing to work in rotational/international shifts depending on the process.
