About the role
Do you perform customer service tasks? Are you used to working with partners and helping them with back-office tasks? If so, and if you also like the energy sector, this opportunity could be for you!
One of our clients located in Barcelona, belonging to the energy sector, is looking to match with a Customer Service & Back Office profile to be part of the company's B2C department, within the partner channel.
What you'll do
● Management and coordination of indirect sales channels, ensuring the fulfillment of commercial objectives and the quality of the sales process.
● Continuous relationship and support for partners, resolving operational incidents and guaranteeing efficient collaboration aligned with the company.
● Optimization of back-office processes, identifying improvements to increase efficiency, reduce response times, and ensure information integrity.
● Management and control of commissions, supervising their correct calculation and payment, and resolving discrepancies together with the finance and sales teams.
● Monitoring, reporting, and expansion support, through KPI monitoring, preparation of strategic reports, and collaboration in the incorporation of new channels.
What we're looking for
What do you need to make a Match?
● Higher Vocational Training in administration and finance, or related areas.
● At least 3 years in a partner/collaborator service role or similar, preferably in the energy sector or in environments related to indirect sales.
● Experience in back-office management.
● B2 level of English.
● Proficiency in management tools and CRM software, as well as advanced Excel skills.
● Ability to identify and resolve problems independently, with a focus on continuous improvement.
