Customer Service & Back Office Shift Manager

We are seeking a Customer Service & Back Office Shift Manager to take a key role in leading our team and managing day-to-day Customer Service and Back Office operations.

This role is ideal for an experienced team leader with a strong customer and operational mindset, excellent communication skills, and the motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Customer Service & Back Office team during the shift.
• Provide professional guidance and support to team members while monitoring service and operational quality.
• Handle complex customer inquiries, escalations, and managerial-level conversations.
• Oversee customer onboarding, deposits, financial requests, and document verification processes.
• Ensure activities are performed according to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with teams across Atrade and the global AvaTrade Group, including Trading, Operations, and technical teams.
• Identify operational issues and take ownership through resolution.

Requirements

• Previous experience in team leadership, shift management, or a similar role – a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English – required.
• Previous customer service experience – a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• High customer-service orientation, attention to detail, and a fast-learning mindset.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in Back Office, financial services, banking, FinTech, or trading – an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading – an advantage.
