Salary: Up to $2,800 + AWS
Location: Macpherson
Working Days: 5.25 days (Office Hours)

Key Duties:

• Attend to incoming calls, handle enquiries and provide relevant information
• Direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
• Manage the first point of contact for bookings and enquiries

Key Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is highly advantageous
