Customer Service Cashier

• Sell and issue boarding tickets to passengers
• Answer incoming telephone calls from the general public and provide information
• Describe bus layout and seating locations
• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate, up-to-date information
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflict
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Generate daily report of all sales transactions
• Other tasks assigned by the Terminal Supervisor
