As a Cashier / Customer Service Team Member, you'll be one of the first faces our guests see, helping take orders, answer questions, and ensure every guest has a great experience.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests and provide friendly, welcoming customer service.

• Take orders accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions.

• Assist guests with menu questions, phone orders, and special requests.

• Prepare beverages, package orders, and ensure order accuracy.

• Deliver orders and assist guests in the dining area.

• Keep the dining room, beverage stations, and service areas clean and stocked.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.

• Work with team members to provide fast, friendly service.
