Pay Rate: £26,527.60

Contract Type: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm
Location: Stoke-On-Trent

We're now looking for a Customer Service Clerk
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Communicate across 13 depots for updates on vehicles and notify any deliveries which will fall outside the 2 hour window we give to retailers
- Take incoming calls and deal with queries as best as possible or pass to the correct department
- Maintains effective relationships with customers
- Develops, commercializes and delivers high quality / innovative services and solutions
- Regularly reviews and communicates progress against objectives and adjusts as needed
