Customer Service Clerk
- Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Receive, verify, and process material requests and related documentation.
- Maintain inventory records, stock movement logs, and material issue registers.
- Update ERP or warehouse management systems with material transactions.
- Prepare delivery notes, issue vouchers, receipts, and other warehouse documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely issuance of materials.
- Respond to customer and internal department inquiries regarding material availability and status.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and transaction reports.
- Assist with stock verification, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of inventory records and company documentation.
- Comply with company procedures, client requirements, and HSE policies.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to warehouse and logistics operations as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in customer service, warehouse administration, inventory control, or clerical support.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/warehouse management systems.
- Experience in issuing materials, maintaining inventory records, and processing warehouse documentation.
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain organized documentation.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
