CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK
Job Summary
You will prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time, handle customer inquiries professionally, follow up on payments, perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and coordinate with internal teams to support smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time to ensure timely billing
- Answer and attend to incoming phone calls professionally, respond to customer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Send invoices to clients via email or other required channels to facilitate payment processing
- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and maintain accurate payment records for financial tracking
- Perform data entry accurately to record information in company systems and maintain data integrity
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems for invoices, customer records, and business documents to ensure easy retrieval
- Provide general administrative and customer service support to assist daily business functions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum qualification ‘O’ level or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and email
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage tasks efficiently
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Monday To Friday: 9:30AM to 6:30PM
