Customer Service Consultant

📍 Location: Centrepoint, near Somerset MRT
🕚 Working Hours: 11am – 8pm
📅 5-day work week (off days based on roster)

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers

• Handle appointment bookings and enquiries

• Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages

• Assist customers with check-in and check-out

• Handle payments and cashier duties

• Maintain customer records

• Perform basic administrative duties

• Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy

Requirements:

• Friendly with good communication skills

• Good customer service attitude

• Basic computer knowledge

• Able to work weekends and public holidays based on roster

• Spa or beauty industry experience is an advantage
