Customer Service Consultant with Portuguese

Hi!

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

📌 Tasks: ​

• Providing technical information and support to equipment users in accordance with project guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Providing information on products and their functionality.
• Entering requests into the system.

💎 Our requirements: ​

• Excellent command of Portuguese (C1/C2).
• Very good command of English (B1/B2).
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month. Services are provided during project operating hours (Mon–Fri 10 am - 9 pm). Collaborators declare their availability and select cooperation hours from available time slots.
• Availability to perform services on-site at our Warsaw office (Wołoska 24).

Important: we process only candidates with current access to the labor market in Poland and current work authorization documents.

• Civil contract with a rate: ​PLN 46,00 gross/h.
