Job Scope
- Attend to enquiries
- Process order
- Prepare shipping / air documents
- Coordinate with operation team on delivery schedule
- Prepare billing to customers
- Arrange booking and custom clearance
- Declare permits
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirement
- GCE O Level / Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service / airfreight experiences
